Fall is easily my favorite season, so I was not only an associate creative director leading the 2020 Fall team, but also the target audience. Thankfully there wasn't a shortage projects that needed to exude the cozy comfort of autumn. Even after spending months working on coffee packaging, Starbucks cards, in-store signage and providing direction on social posts created by an external agency, I still wasn't close to being tired of leaves, pumpkins, or the color orange. It was very gratifying when the Facebook “Pumpkin Duo” creative achieved the highest engagement for a social post in Starbucks history and Fall Instagram post sends increased by 75% over the previous year.
